Pre-Practice Treatment

Treatment finish of glass coating depends on pre-practice treatment, and inferior treatment may affect the adhesiveness and basic performance of coating. In this case, please determine whether it needs iron powder removal, grinding and polishing, or air gum blow-off procedures on basis of the paint body condition, but degreasing and de-waxing is always needed.

Precaution before the practice:

This product is fast dry, please avoid practice under burning sun, otherwise wiping would be impede.
Avoid practice in temperature under 10℃
Please carry out practice under complete cool-off state of the vehicle body, since vehicle body heat may expedite product hardening rate leading to wiping obstruction
Please completely clear fouling attached on vehicle body, and carry out degreasing before practice
Please read practice manual in details and following procedures

NOTE:

Do not apply on the whole vehicle in one time, to avoid difficulties of post-hardening treatment, please carry out practice part by part
While wiping over the body, observe the surface in well lighted location, to avoid remaining residue, and if indoor illumination is not good enough, drive the vehicle outdoor to conduct inspection and wiping in full range, to ensure perfect practice quality.
After practice, compete hardening of the coating requires around 1 week, do not engage water or rinse the vehicle before complete hardening.
Please wear protective gloves when carry out practice.

Application Procedure:

Drip 701/801/901 glass coating agent to coating sponge for 7-10 drops, swear it laterally, then vertically with "#" pattern, recommended at 50cm*50cm for each practice area, and note the usage quantity, since excessive usage per time may lead to non-uniform smearing or wiping obstruction.
Wait for 2-8 minutes after smearing, depends on the weather condition, then use a dry towel to clear surface residue whilst wiping the glass coating with polish brightness. Wiping duration recommendation:30℃=within 3 min, 20℃=within 5 min, 10℃=within 8 min, glass coating hardening rate is directly correlated with temperature and humidity, so it is recommended to measure local temperature and humidity before application
Check wiping omission for each part under completion, until the whole vehicle is covered.
